Senior Assistant Programme Executive (Elder Education) - Part-Time

About Elder Education Department:

The Department provides a gamut of active ageing programmes that reaches out to seniors in the community. To encourage seniors to maintain active lifestyles, the department offers a wide variety of programmes to promote lifelong learning, healthy living, social networking and inter-generational bonding. Their efforts to encourage seniors to adopt digital technology is a key thrust to give seniors more options – in the way they receive information and how they communicate with others. The department believes that learning never stops.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise in-venue/online courses for seniors
• Handle course enquiries and registration
• Logistics preparation
• Provide administrative support
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A Level / Diploma Holder
• Strong communication skills
• IT savvy
• Experience in coordinating and recruitment work preferred
• Able to multi-task & work independently with minimum supervision
• This role will need to manage both English and Mandarin courses. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
• This position is on contract basis
