Senior HR ABAP Developer - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

- Design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors-related custom developments

- Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW objects)

- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM data structures and Infotypes

- Experience with payroll-related developments and reporting

- Experience integrating SAP S4/HANA with SAP SuccessFactors

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects

- Familiarity with HR data migration tools and methodologies

- Strong expertise in BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, ALE"

Requirements:

Possess strong SAP HCM technical development skills, ability to develop HR-related ABAP objects for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors and Payroll
