Job Description - Senior Technical Program Manager, Play Operations - Part-Time
Overview: Join a high-impact team driving immersive gaming experiences across a global digital platform. As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will oversee end-to-end operational processes supporting game onboarding, content quality, and platform performance.
This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence at scale—optimising workflows, improving system reliability, and enhancing developer experience. You will also contribute to automation initiatives, including leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and scalability across operations.
JD:
Operations Management & Process Optimisation
Own and manage end-to-end review operations, including quality, policy, and app review processes
Define and track SLAs, quality benchmarks, and throughput metrics across review pipelines
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements to reduce processing cycle times
Automation & Innovation
Implement process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate on AI-driven workflows to streamline repetitive operational tasks
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, and Quality Engineering
Align on review standards and support scalable operational solutions
Incident Management & Reporting
Lead incident response and root cause analysis for operational disruptions
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and operational health
Maintain playbooks, escalation processes, and decision-making frameworks
Programme Execution
Support program planning, track milestones, and manage dependencies across technical initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in operations coordination, program management, QA management, or developer support
Proven ability to manage workflows, SLAs, and cross-functional coordination across multiple teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
Experience working with dashboards, tracking tools, and operational systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred Skills:
Experience with gaming platforms, app store ecosystems, or content review processes
Background in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or large-scale pipeline management
Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automation technologies
Experience working in platform-based or technology-driven organisations
Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, and ticketing systems
