About the Organization

Sport Singapore (SportSG) is the national governing body spearheaded to transform Singapore through sport. Through strategic infrastructure, community programming, and talent development pathways—such as the Sport Development Group and the national "Unleash The Roar!" football project—SportSG actively builds a vibrant, healthy, and sustainable sporting ecosystem across the island.

We are currently looking for passionate, driven individuals to step into various temporary and specialized contract roles to support this national mission.

💼 Available Tracks & Job Functions

Track 1: General Positions (Full-Time | 42 Hours/Week)

Ideal for organized individuals looking to anchor corporate, operational, and customer-facing workflows:

• Administrative & Corporate Support: Managing data entries, handling procurement schedules, and coordinating department paperwork.

• Operations & Front-of-House: Overseeing facilities management, handling ground operations, and deployment as a Guest Services Usher.

• Corporate Functions: Assisting with baseline Human Resource coordination, IT technical support, or finance/accounting tasks.

Track 2: Specialised & Sports Roles (Part-Time / Assignment-Based)

For domain experts looking to apply clinical, athletic, technical, or analytical expertise:

• Sports Experts: Sport Science Specialists, Sport Medicine Specialists, Sport Coaches, and Coach Trainers.

• Tech & Digital Analytics: Data Scientists and User Experience (UX) Designers.

• Strategic Growth: Sustainability Managers and Forensic Accountants.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Eligibility: Open strictly to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (in compliance with local workforce guidelines).

• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for operational execution and report writing.

• Qualifications: * For General Tracks: Standard diploma/degree in business, administration, IT, or equivalent experience.

  • For Specialised Tracks: Relevant professional certifications or coaching accreditations are strictly required.

• Core Competencies: Strong professional ethics, punctuality, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to safeguarding official protocols.

• Pre-employment: Successful candidates must pass a standard security clearance assessment prior to deployment.
