*Responsibilities*
- Oversee full day-to-day studio operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, hygiene standards, and overall client experience
- Personally perform nail and lash services while serving as the technical benchmark for the team
- Design and deliver staff training programs to ensure consistent service quality and brand standards
- Manage the salon's social media presence and growth across Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, and Instagram — content planning, posting cadence, engagement, and influencer collaborations
- Track key performance metrics (revenue, average ticket size, repeat rate) and implement improvement initiatives
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally to protect the salon's reputation
- Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff
*Requirements*
- 5–10 years of management experience in a premium nail/lash/beauty studio with prior experience independently running a store preferred
- Strong hands-on skills in both nail and lash services, with the ability to perform treatments and train others
- Proven store operations experience: scheduling, inventory, cost control, team management
- Hands-on social media operations experience, familiar with content strategies on Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram
- Fluent Mandarin preferred (for communicating with the technician team and local client base)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong execution and results-driven mindset; able to independently resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Experience building or leading training programs is a plus
