Job Description - Strategy And Growth Lead, ASPAC Alliances - Part-Time

The role

Reporting to the Asia Pacific Consulting and Alliances Leader, you will work with ASPAC Alliance Directors and Global Alliances Leadership to shape a regional strategy for alliances. This will cover the partnering model, sales and solution approaches, emerging alliances and broader considerations regarding collaboration with Consulting and Sectors. In addition, and at the direction of the Asia Pacific Consulting and Alliances Leader, you will support the ASPAC Alliances Director with targeted sales and go-to-market efforts including proposal development and sales cycle support where necessary. You will also support efforts to drive consistency and standardization across the alliance portfolio in terms of partner engagement models, performance tracking, pipeline integrity – acting as a general quartermaster for ASPAC alliances. Noting the joint role of the Asia Pacific Consulting and Alliances Leader, you may also be tasked on a discretionary to support Consulting related efforts and broader technology / digital transformation matters as they relate to how the Firm goes to market for digital transformation solutions.

Deliverables and accountabilities

Strategy development and execution

  • Work closely with Global Alliances and related stakeholder leadership to align and streamline technology solutions, priorities, and investments in region for alliances
  • Assess and help scale alliances / digital transformation capabilities in region, working closely with ASPAC Alliance Directors to map requirements
  • Prioritise progression in key strategic areas for ASPAC Alliances including (1) the development of a digital transformation aligned capability (2) optimising the use of KDN and other regional delivery models (3)
  • Shape and activate the global Alliances strategy in region and help embed Alliances into Advisory service lines and Sectors while simultaneously reinforcing a sector led GTM approach
  • Drive alignment around the growth alliances mapped to high demand areas (hot zones)
  • Refine, roll out and strengthen the member firm Alliances business model, and support their progression on the maturity assessment framework
  • Focus on aligning global and regional strategies especially with respect to key strategic platforms (Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Salesforce, and SAP)

Operations

  • Strengthen the operating model between technology implementation teams and Alliances
  • Act as the central point of contact and PMO for ASPAC Alliances
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and internal strategy requests by developing documentation for leadership groups including but not limited to the ASPAC Board, Global Alliances Leadership Meetings and ASPAC Consulting & Alliances Leadership Meetings

GTM

  • Support ASPAC Alliance Directors with solutioning and pursuits where directed both at a strategic level and also, as necessary, rolling up your sleeves to directly support client pursuit matters.

Skills and experience

  • 5-10 years’ experience in a sales or client-facing professional role, in a complex consulting environment
  • Good understanding of consulting solutions and the technology strategy of the Firm
  • Experience in a professional services organisation is preferable.
  • Strong experience in reporting and communications
  • Strong drive and resilience; capability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to take the initiative, forward plan and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Pro-active and results oriented approach.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating on their own and within a team
