Student Management Operations Staff (Kranji) - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Supporting late-coming students
• Running inhouse suspension and detentions
• Supporting pull-out programmes
• Patrolling canteen, basketball courts, field and classrooms during recess and lunch times
• Patrolling and managing students during CCA period.
• When incidences happen, to conduct investigations and support students via the Restorative Practices approach.
• Supporting any other programme that works to support the development of at-risk students.

Requirements:

• Good and clear communication skills to interact with students and teachers
• Have prior experience in enforcement agencies, to provide comprehensive case management and disciplinary support, via a restorative practice approach.
• Display traits such as service excellence, has a service-oriented attitude, is meticulous with details and efficient in meeting work deadlines.
• Candidates with prior experience in enforcement agencies will be advantageous

Working Hours: 

• Mondays: 8am to 3pm (7 hours inclusive of 1 hour unpaid lunch break.)
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8am to 4:30pm (8.5 hours inclusive of 1 hour unpaid lunch break.)
• Wednesdays and Fridays: 8am to 6pm (10 hours inclusive of 1 hour unpaid lunch break.)
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, Home Based Learning days and school holidays.

Contract Period: Estimated Period - 29 June 2026 to 23 Oct 2026 (Option to extend from 1 Jan 2027 to 29 Oct 2027)
