Student Management - Youth Worker - Part-Time

Job Description:

• Support student well-being, behaviour management, and positive development.
• Conduct one-to-one and small group mentoring, counselling, and intervention sessions.
• Plan and implement student engagement and resilience-building programmes.
• Develop, monitor, and review student behavioural support plans.
• Investigate student incidents, conduct interviews, review CCTV footage,and support conflict resolution.
• Supervise student discipline, detention, and school routines during keyperiods.
• Perform home visits when required to support students and families.
• Maintain accurate case records, reports, and student management documentation.
• Liaise with teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders on student progress.
• Assist with administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or professional qualification in Youth Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, Behavioural Science, Social Services, Early Intervention Teaching, or a related field.
• Passionate about working with children and youths, with a caring and positive attitude.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and student engagement skills.
• Able to build rapport with students and facilitate small group discussions.
• Able to conduct workshops such as stress management and time management.
• Uses professional and respectful communication when interacting with students
