SUPERVISOR - Part-Time

Responsibility:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing processes of soft drinks and the production of mineral waters, including carbonated waters, soya bean milk, barley water, and chrysanthemum water. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of beverages, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and the management of production teams.

Job Description:
*Supervise and coordinate the production processes of soft drinks and mineral waters, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
*Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
*Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the consistency and quality of soft drinks and mineral water products. Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations promptly.
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the production of beverages. Implement changes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
*Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products. Minimize discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
*Enforce safety protocols and hygiene standards in the production area. Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure the proper use of protective equipment.
*Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and perform routine maintenance on production equipment. Report and address any equipment malfunctions promptly.
*Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, quality control reports, and inventory documentation.
*Work closely with other departments, including procurement, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
*Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and any relevant certifications.
*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
*Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
*Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
Working Location: JURONG WEST

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
