Job summary
Gather, analyze and formalize user’s business requirements and processes Develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification Conduct requirement gathering sessions and gap analysis of current business process

Responsibilities
• Evaluate feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project • Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications • Assist in integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities • Prepare user manual and operations manual • Plan and facilitate training of users and operators • Provide post-implementation support • Identify improvement opportunities in current business process
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline • 3 years IT experience in business analysis and technical integration • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or SCRUM • Experience in Salesforce product implementation • Good understanding of Product Implementation process and methodology • Familiarity with MSSQL and .NET, Salesforce development tool • Good verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with Project Financial, Resource Management, Project management tools
