Technical Drafting Executive (12-Month Contract) – JO 28993 - Part-Time

Key Highlights:

• Contract Duration: 12-month contract (1 year) possibility of extension based on performance
• Salary: Up to $3,000/month
• Working Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30 - 6pm) & Fri (8.30 - 5.30pm)
• Work Location: Hampshire Road

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Drafting & Design

• Prepare and update technical drawings for active mobility projects, including cycling paths, bicycle parking facilities, traffic plans, and related infrastructure.
• Produce accurate drawings in accordance with project specifications, standards, and technical requirements.
• Support the endorsement process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure drawings meet all necessary requirements.

Site Evaluation & Project Support

• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information for drafting and design improvements.
• Evaluate public feedback and site conditions to support the development of practical and effective technical drawings.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned drafting tasks.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and relevant agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Provide drafting and technical support for ongoing active mobility initiatives and related projects.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline. Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate relevant artwork/portfolio or have completed a relevant internship.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in drafting technical drawings is preferred.
• Proficient in Bentley MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or ArcGIS will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
