Technical Services Manager (Managed Services & Technology) - Part-Time

SWiZ Technologies is looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Services Manager to lead the technical direction of our Managed Services business.

This is not a typical IT Manager role.

We are looking for someone who can become the technical back bone of our Managed Services division — a leader who understands technology, service delivery, solution architecture, cybersecurity, automation, AI, and business growth.

You will work closely with our Singapore management team to strengthen existing services, develop new offerings, support pre-sales activities, and guide technical teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the technical direction of our Managed Services business

✔ Serve as the primary technical expert for infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions

✔ Support sales and business development through solution design, technical proposals, and client engagements

✔ Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and service opportunities

✔ Drive automation, AI adoption, and operational improvements

✔ Mentor and develop technical team members across Singapore and Indonesia

✔ Support compliance requirements including ISO/IEC 27001, PDPA, Cybersecurity Act, and customer security requirements

✔ Work with management to ensure our services remain competitive, scalable, secure, and commercially viable

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong experience in IT Managed Services

✅ Technical leadership experience

✅ Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, and Cybersecurity expertise

✅ Experience preparing technical proposals and solution designs

✅ Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 and information security best practices

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Business-minded individual who can balance technical excellence with commercial realities
