Technician - Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Technician to support the maintenance and repair of our outlets and equipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and able to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain beauty equipment and general electrical items
• Travel to different outlets to carry out maintenance and repair works
• Conduct regular inspections of building, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) systems and equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including:PlumbingElectrical systemsAir-conditioningPainting and general handyman repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and feedback from management and tenants
• Supervise external contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications and standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues, defects, and potential risks

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance
• Hands-on experience in repair and maintenance work preferred
• Willing to travel between outlets
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good problem-solving skills
