• Collect, confirm and compile facility table data from various MOE schools • Perform due diligence checks on existing data • Measure room sizes and room usage • Verify on-site data • Work closely with school representatives and managing agents
Requirements
• Good MS Excel knowledge • Able to work under tight timelines • Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision • Experience in estate management or building maintenance • Diploma or Degree in building related disciplines
