Test Manager - Part-Time

About the Role 

We are an established, globally active management consulting firm supporting leading financial services and insurance clients across strategy, operations, and technology delivery. As part of our testing practice, we are looking for an experienced UAT Test Manager to lead end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) initiatives for banking transformation and technology projects. 

Responsibilities: 

- Lead and manage end-to-end UAT activities across projects in the banking and financial services domain. 

- Define UAT strategy, test plans, timelines, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives. 

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to ensure test readiness. 

- Drive test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting of UAT progress. 

- Facilitate UAT workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs. 

- Ensure traceability between business requirements and test scenarios. 

- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to UAT execution. 

- Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders and project leadership. 

Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline. 

- 5+ years of experience in UAT/testing within banking, financial services, or consulting environments. 
- Experience in Equity Trading or Secured/Unsecured loans
- Experience in Avaloq is a definite advantage

- Strong knowledge of UAT methodologies, tools, and best practices. 

- Experience in managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. 

- Familiarity with core banking systems, digital banking, or insurance systems is an advantage. 

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
