Training Support Executive - Part-Time

Job Scope:

Training Support

· Coordinate with the trainers to work out the training support requirements (type of forms, training aids and training venue arrangement)

· Set up the training venues for the training activities

· Prepare and provide training items (ballot boxes, forms, stationery, equipment) for scenario-based role-play

· Assist in the registration process.

· Assist in post training surveys. Display of QR code for post-training surveys at training venues and address the areas for improvement as identified

· Put up signage to direct participants to the training venues

· Perform the recovery processes after training

Logistics Support

· Keep stock of the training materials and the maintenance of the training equipment

· Track the amount of stock required for each training activity and to inform the person-in-charge to replenish any shortfall of items

· Ensure that the audio sound system, projectors and laptops are functioning properly at all training venues

Additional Duties

· Assist in other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer to support the training team

Requirements:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and with others

· Must be prepared to work extended hours under pressure during the busy period

Contract Period: 11 months and 29 days

Location: Novena

Salary: $2200 - $2,350 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Working Arrangement:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
