Job Description - Visitor Service Officer

The Institute of Contemporary Arts Singapore is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Visitor Service Officers. 

As a Visitor Service Officer, you will play a vital role in facilitating meaningful interactions between members of the public and the arts and design. 

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with visitors, offer insights into the displayed works.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to the operation of the galleries.
• Ensure cleanliness and order within the space.

• Passion for arts and design and a basic understanding of various art forms.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward gallery upkeep.
