Your Responsibilities

You’ll be the go-to expert for customers looking for the right gear for their next snowy adventure, hike, or journey. This isn’t just retail, this is passion in action!

• Delight customers with expert advice, especially around hiking and winter gear.
• Manage your sport department – from stock to merchandising.
• ❄️ Share your love for outdoor adventures and help others get kitted out for theirs.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• You love winter sports ❄️ (skiing, snowboarding, etc.), hiking, or travel✈️ – and want to share that energy with others.

• Friendly, responsible, and ready to work as part of a fast-paced retail team.

• Able to commit to a part-time schedule and be hands-on in store operations.

A remuneration That Grows With You:

• Starting from $12/hour for part-timers
• Monthly bonuses, up to a whopping 10% of your base salary.
