Procurement & FinOps Executive (AI & Cloud Services) - Part-Time

Work Type: 12-Month Contract, subject to renewal

Salary: Up to $ 5,500 per month

What you will be working on?

Procurement

• Manage end-to-end procurement documentation for AI tool/service acquisitions, including business justifications, approval papers, and procurement submissions.
• Draft and publish Invitation to Tender (ITT), Requests for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with procurement policies
• Coordinate the tender evaluation process, including scheduling evaluation meetings, consolidating evaluation scores, facilitating vendor assessments, and preparing evaluation reports.
• Assist in contract award, notifications, and post-award documentation

Financial Operations (Chargeback & Cost Management)

• Extract AI & Cloud related FinOps report from various AI tools and platforms, and prepare FinOps reports & dashboard with AI tools.
• Calculate and administer regular (monthly/quarterly/annual) chargebacks for cost on AI tool licensing, AI platforms and clouds across business units.
• Maintain records of software licences, user entitlements, utilisation, chargeback info, and cost allocation.
• Liaise with Finance and business unit representatives to reconcile and process chargebacks
• Prepare chargeback reports and summaries for stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• Experience in procurement, contract administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with government procurement processes would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated AI competency, including self-directed learning and practical ability to use or build AI-enabled tools, workflows, or automations to enhance productivity.
