Purchasing/Procurement Engineer / Senior Engineer (3-Month Contract) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the procurement of General Affairs & Information Technology Section like MFG, QA, HR, CIM/IT and Non Module) and Facilities related for the semiconductor process
• Support the procurement of Equipment Spares related (Modules)
• Support the procurement on Services related (Repair, Maintenance and Overhaul)
• To work with Fab stakeholders on their purchase requirements
• New source/vendors development
• Improvement of internal and external operation processes and development of new systems for better productivity
• Distribution of RFQ to all vendors and negotiation
• Confirmation of signing of Purchase Orders and Contracts
• Participate in and assist suppliers and outsourcers to evaluate relevant operations
• Participate in Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder (Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent)
• Min 1 to 3 years and above, preferably with experience in Semiconductor
• Related experience in GAIT and Facilities Purchasing will be an added advantage
• Soft skills (Microsoft Excel, Words, Power point, Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Python) is an added advantage
