• Mondays to Thursdays    : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
• Fridays                              : 8.30 am to 5.30pm
• Saturdays                          : Day Off
• Lunch                               : 1 hour

Monthly Salary: S$3,200

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Training Admin Officer to be deployed to support the Basic Training School, Training Command.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full procurement cycle, which includes:

• Putting up Purchase Requests (PRs) and following up to obtain the necessary approvals.
• Liaising with vendors on the delivery of goods and services upon issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Closing of Purchase Orders (POs) upon completion of delivery or services rendered.
• Updating and maintaining budget expenditure records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant working experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in procurement or administrative support involving procurement processes will be an advantage.
• Experience with procurement processes within the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) cluster, particularly the Singapore Police Force (SPF), will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Integrated Logistics Management System (iLMS) will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
