Admin Executive (Social Services) Govt Contract - Part-Time

Work location: Thomson
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: $3340 per month

12 months contract

Job Scope:

• Processing and management of transport requests
• Establishing of communication channels
• Responding to queries and providing on-site assistance when necessary
• Liaising with vendors and stakeholders
• Managing and updating databases
• Supporting the development of process improvements
• Any administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• Good organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Tech savvy
• Experience managing large volume of data
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
