Uniformed Services: Ideally possesses a background in a uniformed service (e.g., Singapore Police Force, Singapore Prison Service, or equivalent).
Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of experience involving youth-related case investigation, behavioral support, and restorative work.
Behavioral Intervention: Demonstrated competency in conflict management, de-escalation techniques, and calm, proportionate behavioral intervention.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage constructively with young students, parents, and school staff.
Administrative Accuracy: Solid proficiency in incident observation, formal report documentation, and basic data entry (specifically managing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets).
Approach: A firm yet deeply respectful approach; ability to build rapport with primary school students while upholding firm boundaries and expectations.
Restorative Ethics: Strongly aligned with a care-based, restorative discipline philosophy that prioritizes student growth, empathy, and strengthening the Teacher-Student Relationship (TSR).
Discretion: Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality, procedural fairness, sound judgment, and professional maturity at all times.
