[Gov] $3800 Assistant Manager, Operations Gov Project - Part-Time

Salary: Up to $3800
Duration: Yearly renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Support Manager in day-to-day cluster operations and SLA achievement

• Directly supervise ground operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and service standards

• Assist in rostering, deployment, and manpower adjustments based on operational needs

• Monitor ground performance and provide coaching to team members

• Report operational issues, risks, and incidents promptly to the Manager

• Conduct on-site checks to ensure compliance with engagement procedures

• Support in training coordination and onboarding of new staff
  

Requirements:

• Min Nitec/A Levels/Diploma/Degree with working experience in a similar capacity/field

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to motivate and support ground staff

• Detail-oriented, ensures SOPs and engagement standards are followed

• Hands on and willing to be on the ground when needed

• Flexible, can adjust plans quickly in response to operational needs

• Communicative, clear in giving instructions and reporting issues

• Supportive, acts as a bridge between ground staff and management
