Operations Executive Govt Contract - Part-Time

Work location: Buona Vista
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: $2650 per month

6 months contract

Job Scope:

• Manage online portal and subscriptions
• Support billing-related processes
• Provide administrative support for business development activities
• Develop instructional guides
• Support content curation and design EDMs
• Support planning and running of events

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• Experience in administration, operations, coordination or events support
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and key formulas
• Familiar with Excel VBA
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
