Programme Executive (Social Services) Govt Contract - Part-Time

Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: $4200 per month

12 months contract

Job Scope:

People Development and Engagement

• Planning, coordinating and implementing engagement activities
• Maintain and review a talent network of social work and psychology scholars
• Designing and developing content and collaterals that effectively communicate and promote initiatives

Framework Implementation and Evaluation

• Conducting literature reviews on best practices and guidelines
• Supporting the implementation and contextualisation of resilience-building and professional leadership development frameworks
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of framework implementation

Crisis Management and Resilience

• Assisting the organisation of training to strengthen workplace resilience and crisis support
• Supporting the organising of events and training activities

Administrative Work

• Assisting in documentation of meeting minutes and work processes
• Handle administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Organised and able to work independently to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and demands, as well as in a team
• Experience in programme implementation and evaluation
• Proficient in digital communication tools
