Programme Support Executive Govt Contract - Part-Time

Work location: Outram
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $3200 per month

12 months contract

Job Scope:

• Manage and maintain proper filing, scanning, and uploading of records into internal systems
• Ensure accurate tracking and storage of documentation in compliance with internal processes
• Review and verify voucher submissions
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions
• Issue payment links and follow up on outstanding or incomplete requests
• Maintain and update master lists of IT accounts
• Review device usage logs and identify discrepancies or anomalies
• Maintain tracking of after-office-hours system access
• Track referral data and support data consolidation for programme reporting
• Conduct follow-up calls or surveys with participants and stakeholders
• Support documentation of outcomes and follow-up care
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as required

Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• Experience in administrative, operations, or programme support roles
• Experience in handling data tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders
• Comfortable multitasking and working independently
