Regulatory Officer Govt Contract - Part-Time

Work location: Central
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: $2800 per month

12 months contract

Job Scope:

• Process registration application, following up on incomplete or complex submissions
• Manage mailing operations, labelling, and packing of items
• Track and maintain inventory
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records
• Address feedback and enquiries
• Process refund requests in a timely manner
• Assist in compliance inspections

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• Able to work independently and manage operations
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills to handle enquiries
• Experience handling databases and digital systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
