Job Description - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Rewards Programme) - Contract: 1 Year - Part-Time

Working Arrangement

  • 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm)
  • Lunch: 1 hour

Offered Salary

·        Senior Executive: $2,800per month

·        Assistant Manager: $3,500 per month

Requirements

·        At least a Diploma; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.

·        Experience in Operations management; Monitoring programme performance metrics and generating regular reports

·        Background in UAT testing

·        Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting, with a strong understanding of formulas and functions.

·        Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikSense is preferred.

·        Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and patrons.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting operational or system-related issues.

·        Attention to detail, especially in monitoring program performance metrics and reporting.

Job Description

  • Configure and manage the rewards system as directed by the Program Manager.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Coordinate with partners to onboard rewards offerings and manage vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams on campaign-based rewards activities.
  • Support procurement and setup of merchandise and operational equipment like vending machines.
  • Assist with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Oversee rewards distribution systems, including maintenance and inventory management.
  • Address patron inquiries and support reward redemption processes.
  • Track redemptions, gather feedback, and identify areas for program improvement.
  • Ensure smooth integration of the rewards program with daily operations.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
