What We Offer
Objectives-based management—if we have to micromanage you, you're unfit for the role
Progressive, but comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and tools
Autonomous work environment where your self-discipline and initiative is highly valued
Direct mentorship from our Operations Manager
Documented SOPs and workflows to guide you, with the freedom to suggest improvements
Upon completion of your internship, we may offer you a full-time role
What We're Looking For
We want someone who:
Is disciplined and thrives in independent work environments
Is naturally curious and eager to learn
Takes ownership of problems and finds solutions
Is comfortable with digital tools and AI, while picking up new systems or tools quickly
Values continuous improvement and isn't afraid to question "the way we've always done it"
Can communicate clearly and succinctly with all stakeholders
Is organised, can juggle multiple tasks and know how to prioritise them
