Bookstore Retail Assistant (6 Months Contract) #NKC - Part-Time

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 11.00am – 8.30pm
• Sunday: 8.00am – 4.30pm

The role will be on a 5-day work week. Supervisor will provide a 5 day work week roaster.  

Support daily retail and store operations

Supervise frontline staff to ensure smooth operations and service standards

Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Prepare basic sales and operational reports

Manage customer enquiries and support service recovery where required

Maintain accurate updates in internal systems

Support merchandising, promotional activities, and store presentation

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
