Job Summary

FAS Auto seeks an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team, drive sales growth, and manage the vehicle sales process to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are consistently met
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals
• Oversee the entire vehicle sales process from customer inquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
