E-commerce Operations Executive (Singapore)

Position Information

• Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive
• Location: Singapore
• Salary: SGD 2,000–5,000 per month
• Openings: 1–2 positions

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage E-commerce OperationsOversee daily operations for Singapore's e-commerce platforms, including Lazada and Shopee.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, traffic acquisition strategies, and conversion optimization to drive sales growth.
2. Manage TikTok Shop & Live CommercePlan and execute TikTok Shop live-streaming campaigns.Manage livestream hosts, traffic advertising, campaign performance, and post-live analysis.Continuously improve GMV, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
3. Private Traffic & D2C E-commerceBuild and manage private customer communities and CRM programs.Develop membership programs, customer engagement strategies, and repeat purchase initiatives.Focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales for health supplements and wellness products.
4. Data Analysis & Business OptimizationAnalyze sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and competitor activities.Optimize marketing ROI while coordinating closely with the supply chain and inventory teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, or TikTok Shop.
• Proven experience in live commerce, paid traffic management, and livestream sales operations.
• Familiar with private community management, D2C business models, and vertical e-commerce.
• Experience in the health supplements, wellness, or beauty industry is highly preferred.
• Results-driven with strong execution skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Chinese, with basic English communication skills.
• Previous working experience in Singapore or Southeast Asia is an advantage.
