Laundry Retail Counter Staff #SeniorsWelcome - Part-Time

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Counter Service Officer to help us provide the best in market customer service experience. As a Counter Service Officer, you are expected to be independent, neat and proactive in managing a Retail Counter on your own.

Outlet Management

Carry out daily shop operation and duties

Open and close shop in a retail mall setting punctually

Manage merchandise and inventory to ensure no missing items

Manage cleanliness and organization of outlet

Follow Counter SOP to conduct daily work

Ensure all payments received are accurate and tally with the Daily Sales Report

Customer Handling

Handle and manage customers expectations to ensure customer feel ease and convenient in dealing with Presto Drycleaners

Inspect customer's garments and communicate any defects promptly

Polite and professional in customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Good command of English in both verbal and written communication

Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed

A friendly personality and great working attitude

Able to work independently

Responsible, punctual and polite
