Job Summary

Join Tranding as a Part-Time Sales & Brand Outreach specialist to engage local businesses by phone, introduce our platform, set up demos or close sign-ups, and manage CRM records. Flexible hours with performance-based commissions.

Responsibilities

• Call local businesses such as spas, cafés, salons, and gyms to introduce the Tranding ecosystem and generate interest
• Explain how the Tranding app works and communicate its value proposition to potential brand partners
• Schedule follow-up product demos for the sales team or close immediate merchant sign-ups over the phone
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM records of calls, leads, and outcomes to track progress and successes
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, engaging tone during conversations to build rapport
• Use provided scripts and training to deliver clear, confident, and consultative outreach calls

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Comfortable speaking on the phone with business owners and initiating conversations without hard selling
• Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to potential clients’ questions and concerns
• Enthusiastic and personable communication style, described as having a “smile in your voice”
• Interest or experience in social media and understanding of the creator economy is a plus but not required
• No prior telemarketing experience needed; training and scripts are provided

• Base pay of $15 per hour
• $10 commission for every qualified appointment booked
• $20 bonus for every immediate merchant sign-up
