- Review and enhance in store display to encourage sales from walk-ins and passer by
- Ensure smooth daily operations of shops based on standard operating procedure
- Proper upkeep of shop infrastructure and that housekeeping standards are maintained
- Ensure marketing and promotional activities are carried out efficiently
- Ensure sufficient stock especially for upcoming promotion
- Co-ordinate and execute relevant marketing and instore programmes
- Provide constant feedback to Retail Operations Manager on shop operational matters, if any
- Periodic checks on competitors' pricing, merchardising display & marketing activities.
- Coordinate regular shop stock take exercise
- Ensure that operational issues / information are promptly and accurately delivered
- Follow up with operational matters and deliver solutions that are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies
- Develop and improve operational workflows to enhance stores’ productivity and efficiency
- Assist in planning, organisation and execution of new initiatives, operational procedures, trainings, inventory stocktake and be present where required
- Liaise with cross-functional departments and external vendors to troubleshoot operational tech & equipment, such as POS issues, production defects, resolving customer grievances etc.
- Coordinate the procurement monthly store supplies, and all necessary operational materials and all store events
- Perform other duties as assigned
