Join our APAC Regional Digital team and gain hands-on experience in regional e-commerce strategy across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with regional stakeholders to analyse market performance, identify emerging trends, and support strategic initiatives that drive business growth across multiple e-commerce platforms. We are looking for individuals who are analytical, curious, and interested in digital commerce, consumer behaviour, AI, and the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Analyse e-commerce performance across multiple APAC markets by consolidating, interpreting, and presenting key business metrics, including GMV, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Prepare regular business reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to support business reviews and decision-making by regional stakeholders.
Conduct market research on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and marketplace developments across Southeast Asia to support business planning.
Support strategic initiatives across major e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, by coordinating activities and monitoring performance.
Maintain and enhance reporting templates and dashboards to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent business reporting.
Utilise AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to improve the efficiency and quality of research, data analysis, reporting, and content preparation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the region to provide analytical support for business reviews, strategic initiatives, and operational projects.
Prepare presentation materials and visual content for internal meetings, regional communications, and business updates.
A qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, consumer behaviour, emerging technologies, and AI.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is an advantage.
