Job Summary

You will support retail sales by engaging customers, maintaining store standards, and assisting with operational tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience at Bishan and Paya Lebar Quarters outlets.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at retail outlets to promote and sell apparel effectively
• Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistent store operations
• Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to enhance product presentation
• Support scheduling and adapt to flexible working hours to meet store needs
• Perform operational tasks and other duties assigned by supervisors to support daily retail functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
