Retail Associate (Bugis) 6 Months/1 Year Contract - Part-Time

PHarMed is a home-grown SME established since 1984. We are known in the industry as a company that's very stable and cherishes long term relationships with our employees, customers and business partners.

We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join us on a 6-months or 1-year contract (renewable) term. Our retail store is located at:

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Levels

• At least 2 years relevant experience in a retail / health care store

• Be able to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking customers

• Independent and good at connecting with people

• Working hours: 5/6 days alternate work week from 9.30am-6.30pm (off on Sundays)

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Management:

· Provide good customer service and be able to recommend suitable health care products to our customers

· Increase overall store sales by active cross-selling and up-selling of products

2. Inventory Management:

· Ensure store shelves are well-stocked at all times by conducting regular stock-take and raise order requests accordingly

· Arrange for products near expiry/expired to be exchanged with suppliers

3. Point of Sale Management:

· Full responsibility of the cash and other payment modes received from customers

· Ensure cash receipts and cash floats tally daily

· All items sold are to be accurately entered into the Point-of-Sale system
