Job Description & Requirements:

We're looking for a fun, friendly & motivated individual to join our Retail & Community team as a Retail Brand Ambassador (Part-Time) - key figure in overall online customer service experience. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.

Prior experience in customer-facing roles is recommended but not required - however affinity with the brand and passion for service is necessary.

Responsibilities included:

• Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, stock replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, goods receiving or deliveries
• Delivering excellent in-store customer service to enhance overall customer experience
• Supporting in the execution of in-store activities, events or campaigns
• Assisting the team with any other assigned ad-hoc duties
• Reporting to Retail & Community Manager

Skills & Requirements:

• Impeccable customer service skills
• Honest, hardworking, responsible, proactive and a collaborative team player
• Able to commit at least 3 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend
• Positive energy and approachable with a willingness to learn
• Great understanding of the brand aesthetics and values
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Minimum commitment period of 6 months
