Retail Cashier – Wan Siang TCM

Location: Canberra Plaza
Job Type: Full Time / Part Time
Timing: 5 Day Work (12:30pm- 9:30pm)

Requirements:

• Computer literate
• Committed and service-oriented personality
• Excellent telephone etiquette Self Motivated, positive attitude, and strong integrity
• Customer service experience in retail outlet
• Must be able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays (5-day work + 2 day off week)
• Preferably able to identify herbs

Job Description:

• Handle customer payments using POS system and other credit card facilities.
• Assist in all other retail operation duties
• Handle patient’s management system
• Handle incoming walk-in patients, phone calls, appointments and messages
• Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct Manager

* Work experience in TCM industry will an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,700.00 - $1,900.00 per month
