Retail Sales Associate (Temporary) - Part-Time

Event venue: Suntec City

Date: 11th Mar – 17th Mar’24

On the job training will be provided, best to engage in setup together on 10th Mar, 10pm @ the event. Hourly wage will be included.

Duties and responsibilities: engaging with customers, determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the right products. Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve sales goals
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures

Requirements and skills:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Proactive is a plus point, with full attendance after schedule is confirmed, at the end of 7th day, a bonus of $150 will be given (if work all 7 days, 8 hrs/day)
