Retail Sales Consultant (Wellness Product) - Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Novena Square. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers understand the benefits of our premium Moxibustion chairs and associated health and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to all customers entering the shop.

• Product Demonstration: Conduct live demonstrations of our Moxibustion chairs, explaining their features, benefits, and how they contribute to a healthier lifestyle.

• Sales Achievement: Actively work to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our entire product range, including the history and practice of Moxibustion, to provide accurate advice to customers.

• Store Operations: Ensure the retail space remains clean, organized, and inviting. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

• After-Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns with patience and empathy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; however, candidates with a strong passion for health and wellness are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical or wellness-related concepts clearly.
• Preferably bilingual with focus on English.
• A proactive, positive, and target-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wellness concepts and products.

• Ability to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays as scheduled).

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$2,500 per month (Negotiable).

• Attractive Incentive Scheme: Competitive structure featuring both individual sales commissions and group sales commissions.

• Training: Product and Sales training will be provided.
