As a Sales Admin Assistant, you’ll support the Vehicle AdminRegistration Team by ensuring accurate and timely execution of administrativetasks to meet stakeholder expectations.

Accurately entering customer and vehicle registrationdetails into the CRM portal.

Preparing documentation and assisting with LTA vehicleregistration processes.

Handling COE-related matters and updating On-Board Unit(OBU) details in the system.

Setting up vehicle ownership records in the system.

Generating and issuing vehicle tax invoices.

Scanning, uploading, and maintaining proper filing ofrecords.

Reviewing vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing.

Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
