Sales Associate (Full-time or Part-time)

Job description:

• Identify customer’s needs and providing professional products suggestions to achieve sales targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador, deliver outstanding customer service and build relationship with customers.
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction with the brand and maintain an excellent shopping environment to ensure the customer experience.
• Attending and assisting in events and marketing activations
• Good team player who will participate in ensuring maintaining daily housekeeping of the sales floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment

Requirements:

· Full-time Minimum 5 years relevant experience in retail and/or customer-related service (min. 3 years for part-time)

· Prior working experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory

· Strive to understand brand and product knowledge

· Customer service oriented, motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

· Sales driven with energetic personality

· Available to work retail hours and flexible shifts

· Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on rotation basis).

· Able to multi-task and work independently

· Immediate availability would be preferred
