What You'll Be Doing

• Help families find the most suitable domestic helper based on their needs.

• Speak with customers and understand what they're looking for.

• Recommend suitable helper profiles and guide customers through the hiring process.

• Build lasting relationships by providing honest advice and excellent service.

• Follow up with enquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Work closely with our team to coordinate successful helper placements.

Who We're Looking For

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

• Enjoys meeting and talking to people.

• Positive attitude and willing to learn.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, organised, and proactive.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply.
