Sales Executive (Contract) - Booth Promotion With Incentives! - Part-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and service-oriented Sales Executive to promote our confinement centre services at our booth.

The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining our confinement care packages, answering enquiries, collecting leads, and supporting sales conversion. This is a contract-based position suitable for someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales, events, and the mother-and-baby care industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s confinement centre services to potential customers at the booth.
• Approach and engage walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explain confinement packages, services, facilities, and key benefits clearly.
• Answer customer enquiries and provide accurate information about the centre.
• Collect customer details and follow up on leads where required.
• Encourage interested customers to arrange consultations, viewings, or appointments.
• Assist with booth setup, product/service display, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a neat, presentable, and welcoming booth environment.
• Record daily enquiries, leads, customer feedback, and sales updates.
• Work closely with the management/sales team to achieve campaign objectives.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold a high standard of customer service.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, events, roadshows, retail, hospitality, or healthcare service sales is preferred.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and well-groomed appearance.
• Able to explain services clearly and handle customer questions confidently.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently at the booth.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or event days where required.
• Interest or experience in maternity, confinement, wellness, healthcare, baby care, or hospitality services will be an advantage.
• Bilingual ability will be an advantage to communicate with a wider customer base.

Incentives

• Additional S$3,000 incentive upon achieving assigned KPI
