Summary
As a Partner Sales Representative, you will support the growth of the Company Digital Energy business by working closely with channel partners, distributors, system integrators and panel builders. You will play a key role in managing sales opportunities, preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfilment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by following up on leads and sales opportunities.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, panel builders and system integrators.
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and commercial offers according to company pricing guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery and customer support.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer information and forecasts using CRM systems.
Support partners with product selection, pricing enquiries and basic technical information.
Work closely with Sales, Technical, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to drive business opportunities.
Follow up on marketing campaigns and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress and quotation conversion rates.
Support initiatives to improve sales processes, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Business or related disciplines.
2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, Partner Management.
Experience in preparing quotations, pricing proposals and order management.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or equivalent).
Experience working with distributors, channel partners or system integrators will be advantageous.
Have Exposure in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, HVAC Controls, Smart Buildings, Energy Management, Power Distribution, Electrical Solutions, Industrial Automation, Low Voltage Electrical Products
