Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Telesales Executive to promote the Bank's Credit Card and Unsecured Loan products to existing customers. The role involves engaging customers through outbound calls, understanding their financial needs, recommending suitable products, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales and compliance standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or banking is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Credit Cards, Unsecured Loans, or Banking products is an advantage.
