Tender Specialist B2B Sales (Public Sector & Enterprise Sales) - Part-Time

This hybrid executive will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic commercial partnerships while independently identifying, managing, and securing government tenders. The successful candidate will combine strong business development capabilities with deep knowledge of the Public procurement framework, ensuring every submission is competitive, compliant, and commercially viable. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can balance long-term government contract acquisition with short-term commercial sales performance.

• Tender Opportunity Management
• Tender Strategy, Tender Preparation & Submission
• Business Development, Key Account Management, Revenue Growth, CRM & Reporting
• B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales experience.
• Hands-on Singapore Government Tender (GeBIZ) management experience.
